ORDERING FRUIT FROM FRESH CITRUS DIRECT
At Fresh Citrus Direct our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.
You can order with us by:
- Secure on-line purchasing - VISA, Mastercard and Paypal are accepted. Both PayPal and Credit Card payments will now be processed through our PayPal account. When paying by credit card you will be directed to a PayPal login screen where you simply click the link below the PayPal login to continue making your payment using your credit card.
- Direct Deposit - At the end of your transaction you will be provided with our bank account details for transferring funds if this is your payment choice. Please user your Order ID as reference.
- Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries is 08 8584 9174.
If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order.
POSTAGE
- Fruit will be delivered by Australia Post.
- Please note they do not deliver to street addresses outside of townships, in this case use a PO Box.
- If you give a residential address that is outside the normal Aust Post delivery area for your town, your fruit will be left at your local post office for collection without notification.
- If you give a PO Box then a parcel delivery card will be placed in your post box when your fruit arrives.
- If you live within Aust Posts delivery zone and aren't home at the time of delivery a card will be put into your letterbox and your package will need to be collected from your local post office.
- If you live within Aust Posts delivery zone and would like your box left at your desired location please leave the instructions "Permission to safe drop," and any instructions as to where you would like it placed.
- We are currently posting to SA, Vic, ACT, NSW, QLD, Alice Springs & Darwin. We cannot post to rural NT addresses outside of Alice Springs & Darwin
- Listed box prices include postage and handling to SA, Vic, ACT & NSW. Orders to QLD, Alice Springs and Darwin will have an extra $10 per box postage added at checkout to cover extra postage expenses
- We only dispatch on Mondays so orders can be delivered before the following weeking. When a public holiday falls on a Monday orders will be dispatched on Tuesday.
- Orders can be placed anytime during the week but must be placed by midnight Sunday for dispatching Monday.
- Delivery time is normally 2-4 days from dispatch however orders to far north and rural QLD could take slightly longer.
- If wet weather prohibits us from being able to pick, orders may be delayed. You will be contacted in these circumstances.
PACKAGING
All fruit is hand picked from our trees on sunday. It is let cool down by natural overnight temps before being placed gently into styrofoam boxes to keep in the freshness during transit to you. These boxes have many other uses and we hope you can re-use or recycle them.
RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your fruit, we cannot be held responsible for any mishaps in transit. If goods are damaged, please contact your nearest Post Office immediately.
SECURITY
Pyap Produce Pty Ltd/Fresh Citrus Direct knows the importance of being able to shop securely online so we have taken steps to ensure that your customer information is secure.
The pages that you submit your credit card and personal details on are hosted on a secure server which encrypts the information you send to us. Because these codes can be understood only by your web browser and our secure server, it would be very hard for anyone else to use your information. To be assured of this you will notice on the page that you submit your details on the address bar starts with https://swww..... that tells you it's on a secure server and there is a padlock on the bottom right of your browser window.
